Edmond started his career as a scientist, gaining a BSc in Natural Sciences at Durham and then a Doctorate in Laser Physics at St Andrews University. The Chinese healing arts provided an integral route to recovery that inspired him to study this profound system of healthcare and share it with others. He has since undertaken over five years of training in acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine and Western medical sciences at the London College of Traditional Acupuncture and Oriental Medicne (LCTA) and the College of Integrated Medicine (CICM) in Reading, gaining a Licentiate in Acupuncture and a Diploma in Chinese Herbal Medicine, respectively. Mastering Chinese Medicine is a never ending journey and Edmond continues to enrich his knowledge and practice of Chinese Medicine through attending numerous specialist courses. He is also committed to his own inner development through the internal arts of qigong, taijiquan and meditation. This practice continues to deepen his sensitivity, insight and compassion both as a practitioner and teacher.
